Chongwen Publishing House is a comprehensive publishing house, specializing in editing and publishing dictionaries, academic works and Chinese ancient Books. It evolves from the former Hubei Lexicographical Publishing House, which was founded in 1985. The Publishing House formally began its independent operation in 1992.
